Should Pads have MIDI Message Settings?

Hi forum members and creator of Control Surface Studio,

I downloaded the Controller Template for the Hercules P32 DJ (hercules_p32_dj_v2.json) from https://community.remotify.io/questions/question/hercules-p32-dj/ and I’m using Ableton Live 12.

My question is, should the Pads that contains multiple instances of pad have “MIDI Message Settings” (see second image rectangle in red)?

I ask because the other Pads don’t have “MIDI Message Settings” and if I create a new Pads it dosen’t have “MIDI Message Settings”, my problem is that one Pads that comes with the templet has a collision with a pad within it selfe (both Pad and Pads are assigned the same value 48) see pictures below.

How do I remove “MIDI Message Settings”, I can’t see an option to remove it from Pads?
