VU mapping capabilities?

I’ve got a few DJ controllers that I have mapped to Live, but I’d like to be able to map the VU meters on my controller to the master output in Live.
I know it is possible to do so, because I originally downloaded the manufacturer’s script, and it did have the VUs mapped.

So, my question is, can we get the ability to have VU meter mapping capabilities?
