Hi,

Yes the Web App is still working and being maintained.
Our Servers were recently upgraded and it has been causing some issues with it, but it should still be working.
What does the error say?

Thanks for the reply. I have also bought the new version, but now I wanted to fix an old file via web. I keep giving error when I click download. I attached a capture. Greetings and good work!

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. Both in Chrome and Safari

I just tested it and could download without any issue.
Maybe clear cache in your browser and try again?
