Integrating Open Source Features As Modules

Ive used a lot of UI scripts and some have great features, in particular LaunchPad95 has a very effective Step sequencer and Scaled note input etc. How possible would it be to use the open source stuff as modules in script editor?

Currently the only way to do this would be to edit the python scripts directly.
