Launch Control and Arm (and Solo) exclusive
Howdy,
Just bought and trying to learn CSS. Its incredible!
As I am waiting for my new controller, I am trying out my old Launch Control to make some mappings. Works great until I came to wanting to arm selected track, mapped to a pad/button on the Launch Control. All is well except exclusive arm does not work. Neither does solo work. It will arm (and solo) but not exclusively, no matter the Ableton settings.
I have read the previous threads about this, but nothing seems to solve it. When the Arm exclusive is turned on, it works as it should with Push or clicking, but not with my script.
Any help?

Yes, arm exclusive does not work with scripts.
However, you could add multiple mappings which each turn arm/solo off for a track. Then below them all, have a mapping which turns on arm/solo on for the selected track.
These would all be assigned to the same button on your midi controller.
Sorry we don’t yet have a way to inject code into the _init_ section of the script.
