My Frist ScriptV2 does not install to Live
I have configured CSS per the install video and all my paths are set up and there. But when I hit the install to Ableton button on that My First script, it does not install it to the location and say “Controller missing”

There’s 2 separate things going on here:

Jabla: The error message is telling you exactly what the problem is. Buttons 15 and 16 in the controller template you’re using have the exact same midi data set. Meaning midi channel, midi type and midi value are exactly the same. At least one of them should be different in one of the inputs.
The script won’t be generated while you have this isssue as the script will simply break in ableton live.
