Controlling m4l macro device

Hi,

I’m trying to control a m4l device called VST Macro Controls with CSS. By following the tutorial I’m being able to control auto filter then I duplicated the mapping, assigned different knob and changed the device name to VST Macro Controls but now can’t control the parameter of it. What should i change here?

Little update,

I realized the knob I assigned is controlling the macro of VST Macro Controls but i don’t know why. Any help is appreciated.

Are you just using a device parameter mapping or also using a Reaction to find/select the device which you want to control?
One thing I noticed from your screenshot, the device is named “VST Macro Controls MIDI”
