4 days of work of work…..gone
Just lost 4 days worth of coding…..
Went to open CSS and all the .Jsons are empty – the controller template and the script are totally empty.
The script was loaded one minute and then gone the next….?
Is there anyway to recover this?

I think I have found the root of the issue – it’s somewhere in between high demand of the user, impatience and a minor glitch.
If I save the script file, or the controller file it sometimes takes a while to confirm the save. If I then generate the script before that has happened then it appears to wipe both the presets.

It happened to me as well and since then I have continuous backup of all my scripts to google drive. For some reason CSS stopped reacting to Save and Close buttons and I had to force closing it from system menu (macos). After that my script was empty and I lost couple hours of work.
We will be monitoring this issue, if more people report this happening then it’s something which will need to be investigated further.

Hi John,
Yep spot on, I save the file every-time I make an alteration but the issue for me is that this saved file (both the controller and the script) get wiped each time I encounter this issue.
If was thinking if save as was possible then creating backups would be super easy.
At the moment I seem to have a system that creates enough fail safes to lessen the affect of these glitches, so that’s a good step and a lesson learnt.
Next time it happens I will get some screen info.
