Trying to map a midi value to pull up and show the plugin window on a certain track. Been searching with reactions and have yet to find anything. Any suggestions?

Very cool thanks I will check it out guys! It sucks that I need to open first all plug-ins by open up a Projekt all the time but in the session this helps ALLOT!!!

@John maybe you can check again the Live API if this is working now to include in CSS?

Actually, what I wrote above is not correct, As if you use Bome midi translator, you don’t really need to delete the button from your controller template as thue controller goes througth bome first and then bome will spit out the key stroke emulation anyway, I have Bome pro but I believe the free version also allows you to do this

I do this by using bome midi translator and translating midi messages into key strokes which you can use to open specific VST windows (but they have to be mapped individually with ableton key mapping). Also you have to delete the specific midi button from your CSS template (or use a separate midi controller ) as I do not think there is a way to bypass the cript if you leave it there, and the script will basically swallow any midi message.
