on off toggle by on/off message
Hi,
is there a way to toggle (e.g.)Track mute state by a toggle switch, so that an “on” message only toggles on and if the Track has been on a “on”message does nothing and an “off” message toggles only off???
The only way I get it is that on/off messages toggle equal the existing state, or only on messages toggle at all.
I want to send multiple Midi Messages to set 4 Tracks (one Track on, 3 Tracks off), but cannot figure out how to do that…

Hi, if my previous response doesn’t do what you’re asking, then I don’t think I understand what you’re trying to do sorry.
I want to have a Midi message to arm a Track only if it´s unarmed and otherwise don´t do anything.But I only can arm an unarmed Track and otherwise unarm an armed Track.
I need an (arm) On (only) switch (and also an arm Off (only) switch)
Assuming that I have 8 Tracks and I want to have 1 switch (with multi Midi messages) to arm one Track and unarm all other (7) Tracks at the same Time, independently which Track was armed before. So I want to program 1 Note On Message (value 127) and 7 Note Off Messages (value 0), to make sure only one Track is armed. But my Midi Note On or Off Messages Toggle all 8 Tracks, equal what state there were on.
And the same for Muting, Solo etc. .
