SOLVED k2 LEDs

Ok I’m very slow but could not work out the K2 LEDs and finally I understand. So I’m set up for the k2 you must turn off all latching layers. Then you send the corresponding button number from each layer to the led you wish to light. It’s actually quite limiting but it works to have multiple colours on the one layer.
