Write MIDI script file error 1

Hi All,

I’ve installed CSS on a new (old) machine running MacOS Monterey 12.5, Live 11.3.13.

I’ve created a reasonably basic script, and when I hit the ‘Generate’ button, I get 4 notifications, 1 green, and 3 red/errors (see attached)

The green says the script has been:

“generated successfully
Saved to: (correct MIDI remote scripts path)”

The 3 red notifications all say the same thing:

Write MIDI script file error 1
Unable to find the “MIDI Remote Script Folder location” folder. Check your settings. EACCES: permission denied, mkdir ‘/Applications/.Ableton Live 11 Suite_updated.app/Contents/App-Resources/MIDI Remote Scripts/css_novation_jan_2024___vis/’

The remote script is not showing up in the MIDI remote script folder.

Please advise – previously I didn’t have an issue, though I was running everything on a newer OS.
