1st time user, app stuck on login screen
1st time user here, I am on Windows 11. I can’t get into the app.
I downloaded it from the link in my account and installed it. When I open it and login it just gets stuck on this screen indefinitely.
I’ve tried deactivating my antivirus and uninstalling and reinstalling, running as administrator all to no avail. My internet connection is good and I am using the correct username and password that I’ve used to login in and out of my account multiplue times. Restarted my PC also. Nothing works.
There is also this red message in the corner of the screen “GetAppSettings” saying Settings file does not exist which I don’t understand.
How can this be fixed?

We have the fix done here, just need the build to complete and upload it. Hopefully this afternoon but will let you know if there’s a delay.
