App unable to read Settings file

Hi,
I’m unable to use CSS currently as the app can’t read it’s own settings file [image attached]

I get a pop up on opening CSS ‘getAppSettings: Unable to read from settings file”

Things I’ve tried:
Restarting computer
Uninstalling CSS and reinstalling using my old install file
Uninstalling CSS and reinstalling using a newly downloaded install file
