Attached controller template not found

0

Hello, everyone.
I’m really new here and no experience in mapping, except with deafult MIDI mapping in Ableton.
I bought a Control Surface Studio only today and am starting from scratch.

I did the first default configurations and started my first script, which appears in the MIDI Remote Scripts folder and the MIDI Link menu in Abletlon. But the Control Template screen is empty (see photo).

To try to find out if there was an error, I imported the css_mixify_for_akai_midimix_11_v2 script from remotify, which worked perfectly on the Akai MIDImix.

The .py files were rejected on loading with this message:
Import script file error. The import file contains invalid JSON data and cannot be imported in its current state

The .json file reports this error
(script_attach_id: 93337)’
even though the MIDI controller is connected.

The script related to css_mixify_for_akai_midimix_11_v2 appears as in the second attached picture.

Where can the error be and have I missed it?
I’ve only been playing with the codes since yesterday, and with this software since today.
Thanks!!!

Hi,

You will need to also import the controller template for the MIDImix and then attach it.

Here is an entire video on editing the Mixify script in CSS: https://youtu.be/1NBeb0LjsA8?si=kgPm_laz2gnrwUZF&t=61
