Can I import the default midi script for my controller and then modify to save time?

I have a nanokontrol2 and also an Akai APCmini mk2 controller.  I want to import the existing midiscript for the APCmini mk2 into CSS so I can just modify it rather than creating a whole new one from scratch.  I can’t import the python file however – it requires a JSON file.  So is what I want to do even possible?  Thanks.

Only scripts created using CSS can be imported into it and edited. They use a json file in order to configure everything, not the .py file.
