Custom Looper

I was hoping someone could help, or i could commission someone to help with setting a midi foot controller (or really any pad controller) to do the following (replicate very similar this controller: Blackstar Live Logic MIDI Control Station
Behringer FCB1010 MIDI Foot Controller
Top row of 4:
Session box
Click once to arm, and record first clip
Click again to record in the next clip slot
Hold down click to stop all tracks in the track
Double Click to delete the latest clip in the track (even if unselected (ie 1st button for first track, 2nd for second track etc)
Bottom Row:
Access drum kit in ableton
bottom left could be linked like a normal midi controller to kick
Next over would be snare
next over would be hi hat
Im not sure how to do this as im not super good on reactions, but if the blackstar can do it, hoping a script can be written as current i waste alot of buttons with css just to do one task each, when id like to combine.
If anyone can help/reach out that would be appreciated.

I agree with Wim. If you are just starting out with Looping, you should assume that Ableton’s Looper took into account more experience than you have, and the truth is that it is SUPER simple to use, really.
That said, explain more about commissioning someone to make this, because @prehm you can TOTALLY do this with Control Surface Studio and AnthonyM, I think I would do this for a fee..
For both of you, however, I’d also try 1. the resources Seth mentioned 2. building this yourself I think the functionality you want is very simple if you pare it down a bit, and to do EXACTLY what you want would require one or two reactions., 3. Looper. You might find (it is built with a one-button simplicity that might give you what you want, and 4. purchasing a Launchpad, since the recording you want may be easy enough that way..
ALSO, can you (one of you) create and post the Controller Template for this Bheringer foot pedal? That would make programming it easier for someone who doesn’t have it.
