Freeze and Flatten Tracks

Is it possible to freeze and flatten a track using CSS? I’m hoping to loop through all tracks and freeze / flatten them when moving a track into a mixdown stage. Currently its very time consuming and pretty manual in Ableton.

I’ve been looking around the documentation and don’t think this is yet possible, but perhaps someone knows a workaround, or some hints on some python scripting to achieve.
