Hello, I cant get output data from Ableton macro knob, I use device parameters and the Numbers from 1 to 8 in devices parameters, I have my encoders mapped to it, no problem to control the parameters in live but I can t figure how to output the data to the knobs I put in my controller template, I m not sure I understand d well.
I routed the encoders led output to the knobs, is it the good way or did i misses something?
Other thing, 5 years ago there was a page on the remotify site explaining all the functionality of remotify, i can t find it anymore?
Hi Ben,
Ensure you have all of the settings setup correctly in Ableton to enable LED feedback: https://remotify.io/how-to-fix-your-broken-midi-remote-script-step-by-step/#t-1751525675994
We have a documention page for CSS here: https://remotify.io/control-surface-studio-documentation/
Yes all is enanled properly, in Ableton, I m a long Time user remotify user Even if I didn t use it since 4 years, I know the basic but in remotify 3 that I just bought I istill stuck at feu things as I forgot with time, I m Pretty sure it s the way I try to program my feedback that is the problem and not the Ableton configutation could you just explain how you could make the script for one encoder that sens midi device paramètre 1 on selected device on selected track to Ableton and feedback to the pot that replace the led strip please?

You could configure the LED strips as knobs in the controller template, then you can attach mappings to them the same as other inputs – they will automatically get LED feedback when the parameter is moved in Live..
Or you could use the ‘get value from ranges’ option in Reaction Actions:
