Highlight Navigation (Return Tracks)
I can’t navigate between RETURNS TRACKS, with the command “Highligth Navegation”, it only rolls on Tracks.
How can I make this work?

I’m also having this problem. I can’t navigate across grouped tracks either. Like others, I’ve followed the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYApczPkvm0) but navigation is only working across ungrouped Audio and MIDI tracks.

Hopefully we’ll get a response soon. It’s stopped my template dead in the water, as it’s mostly grouped tracks aside from 4 busses.

Hi guys, sorry I thought I had responded to this.
Although you can’t select return tracks with the highlight navigation mapping, you can do this using the ‘select device’ mapping type. As this mapping type is located inside track > device you can set the ‘type’ setting inside the track as ‘return’ which means the ‘select device’ mapping will use the return track.

I’m a bit lost on how to apply this. My controller has 8 channels. My template has 12 returns. I need to navigate across the return tracks themselves. Please see my link to the other thread in my comment above.

The solution which I mentioned above is for selecting specific return tracks.
Unfortunately, Highlight Navigation only works with tracks (not return tracks or visible tracks).
Are you trying to use the scroll navigation option in the Highlight Navigation mapping?
