How to have CSS3 and Ableton Live 12 (BETA) open at the same time..

I can only make changes to either CSS3 or Ableton Live 12 BETA (but not both) when both are open at the same time. Either app seems to lock the other one out of any MIDI functions when both are open at the same time. The only workaround I found is to close Ableton Live, edit/save a script with CSS3.. close CSS3.. and then open Live again to test it. Remotify mentions that it`s possible for both to be open at the same time without any MIDI conflicts, but how? Using Windows 11. Any help/ideas would be appreciated..

I believe this is an issue only with Windows.

Ableton and CSS both attempt to grab the MIDI ports.
Do you see the following ‘Red MIDI Ports’ in Ableton, if you open CSS and then Ableton >> https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209069929-Red-MIDI-ports-Windows
