K2 led session box

Hi guys can anyone tell me how to turn off the led feedback to the session box of my k2 script buttons. It seem to get power to the LEDs no matter what I do including turn off global feed back. I want to use modifier to turn on the LEDs but the session box keeps over riding my modifiers. Even with all the buttons having none selected. If I input 0 in the button selection then it turns the light all off

If the LED settings in the “Clip state LED feedback” section of the Session Box mapping are set all set to None, then it shouldn’t be sending any Feedback.
One thing to also check, Each Mode has the setting “Turn off LEDs when mode is removed”, uncheck this for each mode as it could be resending overriding feedback if you’re changing modes.

In the Mapping table, click the ‘Modes’ radio button, then open each Mode setting menu and uncheck what I mentioned above.

Thanks John I will try that however the buttons are left to none and it’s a new script because I’m just trying to finally sort out the session box LEDs with reactions. However I have no reactions on this new script and the LEDs are still lighting up. I’ll try your suggestion shortly

Hi John I have tried your suggestion. I’ve spent day trying to figure this out and have had no luck. I have made a new script with only the session box. All led feedback is off and I’ve unchecked the modes led feedback. Still the LEDs come on so it’s getting messages from somewhere. I think it could be a bug in css or ableton clips are somehow sending the the LED messages. When a clip is on a slot it lights the led. When a clip is played it lights and if I stop a clip from the row under both light up. I want all LEDs of so I can light them with reactions however it’s not possible at the moment as the led feedback happens no matter what from ableton.

Is there a work around for this John ? It’s definitely getting clipp feedback with all switch to none. I can send 0 which obviously switch them off but too over rides the reactions .

If you disabled/delete the session box, do you still get the same feedback issue?

If you send 0 to them before the reactions fired? i.e. when the mode is activated?
If using the same listeners. mappings higher up the list in the mappings table usually fire before ones lower down.

Another thought, what if you set the Session Box LED feedback options to 0 rather than None?

Well that’s the problem. If I put 0 in the season box the led goes off first then goes red when ever I go to any other track. Same if I send it the button to go green. As soon as you press another track clip the first one goes back to red ? What I want is like css2 when you could send no global feedback to the session box so I can use my reaction. But there is no way to have no feedback to the LEDs any more
