LEDs not updating on box move

A lot of questions…I apologise but 30 days to evaluate the program…and that ugly thing called work gets in the way…so Im burning the midnight oil.

When a box is moved along, the led feedback is working at turning on the appropriate LEDs at the new position, but the ones now out of bounds are not turning off? What am I missing to get them to refresh?
When I jump to a different (hardware mode that flushes the screen) and back again they are correct but definitely not updating on box move.
