LIVID Instruments LED Feedback

Hi all, need some help. Is anyone here working with any LIVID product?

I have an OHMRGB. I can’t get the unit to change LED colors, not sure what I’m doing wrong? I’ve played with the feedback options and don’t get any change with colors, they stay red. Follow the index colors chart, nothing.

Amazing software btw, love CSS. Love how you can take any useless midi controller and flip it to be a tool.

Anyways, hope someone could help. TY
