Made a script for Korg Nano Studio but I get a weird error in Ableton for track 8/16
So I was finally able to make a simple clip launch and session view script for the Nano Studio but some reason when I move track 8’s mixer slider w yellow box in Ableton pops up saying
“parameter does not currently exist in the session for”
I really don’t know why this working fine except this one issue. I actually don’t even think it should work at all for tracks 9-16s sliders because the track selector for the 9-16 tracks are left to be assigned to track 8. BUT it’s working so I left it as is.
I hope I can upload the template and script for everyone to try who might have this controller.
I was hoping someone can open up the scrip in CSS and let me know my mistakes
PS I don’t know why but I can not get the “scrub arrangement” choice in person 2.9 of CSS.
Is that only on 3.0?
“parameter does not currently exist in the session for”
This can display if the track doesn’t exist which the parameter that you’re trying to control is in (i.e. track 16).
Regarding clip launch lights, have you configured the LED feedback settings in the session box mapping type?
Not sure why it would be saying that because there is 16 tracks to use so the param should be available.
I have entered random values into the LED feedback fields but nothing seems to make the buttons want to light up. They only light up as white btw.
LOL I also was able to follow the tutorial to make a scrub wheel for the large encoder (it should be an endless encoder because it goes 360 degrees with out stopping) but in the script it tends to just stop at random points in the Ableton time line on either side and then stops scrolling. So Weird.
When I look in the midi learn field in the CSS app then it says when I scroll left it will go down to zero from 127 and up it goes back up just like a normal potentiometer that isn’t endless.. Im stumped for now.

PS can’t get the light for the clip launch to light up the little buttons either. I wish I could make them just plight up when they are populated with audio loops or at least when they are “playing” audio.
