mapping expressive-e touché

Just stumbled across remotify – great idea, bravo!
I did so as I’m looking at expressive-e’s touché and wondering if I can make it so that I could map it to macros on multiple instrument tracks in ableton live and record input from touché but >only< on the currently armed track.
Would this be possible with remotify? Can you imagine any issues with using this controller, given that it doesn’t have traditional buttons or knobs? (it sends four different cc messages, if you nudge the controller left or right, or depress the top and bottom.
