Mapping over a range of midi notes
Hi
I was wondering if it would be possible to implement a feature so that you could map say a volume or a send to a range of midi notes (C1 to G1 for example), so that you can make mappings such as the ones found in the launchpad’s mixer mode. That could open up some interesting possibilities I think.

Well, yes primary a thing for LP users, but I could also see use for it in other controllers that have a bunch of buttons, like the A&H K1 & K2. Specially if you could have LED feedback, because that’s what’s lacking, when midi a range of notes directly in Ableton, where you have to use dummy clips for the LED feedback.
But it might just be me, who wants this 🙂
