Mappings just changed completely in CSS

Hi,

My script stopped working today. I opened up CSS and noticed that suddenly all mappings in the script builder are off. For examples, the buttons assignments became knobs, and vice-versa, yet no changes have been made. It is very frustrating, as I made the mapping as a matrix for different modes, which makes it very long to re-map all of it. Concerned about its reliability, especially for live performance.
