Max4Live Multimap and Map8 – doesn’t respond to Parameter Banks

Does anyone know if you’re able to control the eight macros inside the M4L Multimap device, or the single Macro in the Map8 device? The device mapping in remotify defaults to the M4L Parameter mapping on/off, as opposed to the macros. I’ve gone ahead and just placed the M4L devices within racks and mapped the rack macros to the M4L’s….. That works, but just curious anyway.
