Name-based associations
Hi,
I’ve been looking at some of the videos of Remotify, and it seems like tracks, devices and parameters are all referred to by a numerical order. This seems really brittle. Is it not possible to associate mappings etc with a device name? A track name? A parameter name?

Sorry its not currently possible to associate mappings using names.

Would be useful. For example to have control bound to a Channel EQ device, regardless of it’s ordering within a track. Or to have a control bound to a macro named “impact”, regardless of what device it’s in.
