Null reaction at top of script for global declarations

Would be excellent to have an object that could do the above, or was part of the script header
Ie a reactions type section where you do basic globals etc
It should have a log option for each declaration so that everytime its referenced, it would automatically log the caller, old and new values etc…debug heaven for more complex stuff
