Pad component does not reflect columns/rows properly
Selecting 8 rows and 1 column for the pads component does not properly create the correct number of pads
Also editing a template causes an existing template to become the one i’m editing

Couldn’t reproduce your first issue in your screenshot. Setting 8 rows and 1 seems to work ok here :/
The second issue is strange, maybe try resetting on the config files?
