Parameter Numbers

Hi all

I‘m getting deeper into CSS every day and think its an amazing app!

Despite this i still can‘t figure out how to set it for what i mainly bought it. Here is the question:

How do i know which parameter number to use to controll any parameter in a device like analog or operator? This was asked not the first time in this forum, but the answers are unclear and/or not given. Here i got the closest information: https://remotify.io/community/question/how-know-which-parameters-will-be…

Dear remotify-team, PLEASE provide an answer.

Many thanks!
David

Hi David,

Thanks for pointing out that the previous answers were unclear.
To rectify this we’ve built a tool which clearly lists all of the devices along with the parameters and their numbers.
You can find the tool here:
https://remotify.io/device-parameters/device_params_live10.html
There are Ableton live 9 & 10 versions.

The data is taken directly from Live’s API and we noticed that some Devices are named a bit weird.
For example ‘Electric’ is named ‘Lounge Lizard’ and ‘Analog’ is named ‘UltraAnalog’.
