Placeholder value listeners toggle

Since Note ccs can be assigned in css, there should be a toggle to use place holder value listeners. If the placeholder value listeners are disabled these notes can still be recognized by Ableton Live if they aren’t assigned in the script. This is useful to assign those Notes as controls, but only for specific modes.
