Programming an open external pluging like MassiveX or Pigment

HI

I’d like to program a button on my MIDI controller to quickly open or close an external plugin for Ableton Live, such as MassiveX, and have the plugin window appear on the screen.
With Ableton Live, once a selected plugin has been opened at least once, it can be closed with [CMD][ALT][P] and then reopened with the same command [CMD][ALT][P].

I’d like to open it the first time with a button on my MIDI controller.
