Question About Endless Encoder

Hi, I bought a remotify desktop version a few days ago.

I am not good at English, so I am studying hard by watching YouTube videos and translating tutorials. This article uses a translator. Please understand even if the grammar is wrong.

There are many things I don’t know yet, but I want to ask you first about the endless encoder.

I saw the tutorial and assigned all the knobs and slider CCs through MIDI MONITOR.
Every time the endless encoder turned the knob, the CC value changed endlessly. It changes every time you turn from 0 to 127. If you turn slightly to the left of the endless encoder, it becomes 55, and if you keep turning it, it changes to 54,53,52,51….
Is this what an endless encoder is like? How does CSS recognize my Endless Encoder if only one CC value can be selected and the CC value keeps changing? I want to know if my endless encoder is an

From what I can understand in the User Manual for that Midi Controller, a knob has a Midi Number, then it will send a value when turning left and a value when turning right.
For it to work with CSS, the CC Value should always been the same, and the turning left/right values should be velocity values.
