Regular, Intermittent Freezing of Remote Script Automation

I am using TouchOSC to make a 16 Macro controller for Ableton. Nice simple starter project…

Anyway, the blue hand is working and my 16 faders are moving the macros in Ableton BUT every 750ms the control seems to freeze and hold all values for 200ms or so.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
