Scales & More (Feature Request)

Like the title says, we could use a redbox equivalent for scales. Basically you enter the range of keys your controller has available and we have separate functions to change the root, scale and transpose the octave it’s based on.

It’s quite handy not only for pad based controllers but keyboards as well! Turning your dusty controller into a Push/Komplete S controller.

This element should easily handle pad translations as well in case your device has an odd layout. It can also double as a Drum Rack controller grabbing the 4×4 drum racks (in chromatic mode) and allow you to change which pads are in focus.

Ideally we could use some sort of detection so depending of which track is in focus it switches between drum and melodic layouts.

I know that aside from the “official” Ableton controllers some from Livid can do the latter.
