Script Check-up!

Good morning everyone! Long post where I ask for help: the Twister script is finished. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to control the playhead, but it works just fine as is. The script has two modes: VST mode, where the four pages of the Twister have knobs and buttons mapped to the same Device Parameters in Live, following a certain order (that of the MF Utility colors). All except for the buttons at the bottom corners, which allow switching between banks, set in the MF Utility. When you’re in bank 1 and you press button 13, you switch to Track mode, which allows you to work in the arrangement view.

• Knob 1 scrolls and navigates through the tracks;

• Button 1 arms or disarms the selected track;

• Knob 2 adjusts the volume of the selected track;

• Button 2 solo of the selected track;

• Knob 3 adjusts the pan of the selected track;

• Button 3 mutes the selected track;

• Button 4 collapses the selected track with feedback on the knob’s LED depending on whether the track is open or closed;

• Button 5 Play with feedback on the knob when play is active or not;

• Button 6 stop;

• Button 7 record with feedback on the relevant knob;

• Button 8 overdub with feedback on the relevant knob;

• Button 9 always selects the first device of the selected track;

• Knob 9 navigates between devices;

• Button 10 loop on/off with feedback on the knob;

• Button 11 metronome on/off with feedback on the knob’s LED;

• Button 12 hides or shows the browser;

• Button 13 returns to the previous mode;

• Button 14 zooms out;

• Button 15 zooms in;

• Button 16 moves between the banks but essentially has no function in the script anymore.

I’m having some issues with LED feedback. I’ve tried to reload the LEDs in the listeners, and I’ve added a reaction to turn on certain LEDs when switching to the second mode. But there are some feedbacks that just won’t work 🙂 For example, when I select a track and open it, the LED on Knob 4 works fine. But if I move to a collapsed track, the LED stays on, even though I’ve set conditions in the reaction. The button 12 opens and closes the browser, and I’ve added a reaction to get the usual LED feedback, but it just won’t work at all. If there is any saint willing to test the script, I’m attaching everything here 🙂
