Script Shows Up Successfully Once, Then Does Not Work

Hello All,
I have set up a script with a single Mode containing a Session Box using a Midi Foot Controller with buttons.
The Controller was created using the “Midi Learn” function so the proper data has been assigned.
I receive a green confirmation when exporting the script.
Upon opening Ableton I see a message at the bottom bar confirming the script has loaded successfully and I have all of Ableton’s Midi Ports routed properly.
The red Session box actually shows up and appears to function during the first time I open up Ableton, but after I close out this initial instance and attempt to open Ableton again the red box is gone and regardless of attempts at closing all programs out and re-exoporting the script again (with a successful green confirmation box ), I am unable to ever see the red box again.
The script continues to show up in the Control Surface Drop Down Menu.
Also Ableton continues to show a message on the bottom bar upon opening that the Script is loaded properly.

I have rebuilt this custom device 4 times and have had the same reactions every time.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
