Serumify – Nothing happens when turn knobs

Hi,

I have just installed Serumify on my apple computer and followed all instructions. Everything seems to be setup correctly and by pressing knobs it switches to different virtual pages, but when turning the knobs, nothing happens. I’ve tried to use with the Macro buttons, and by clicking on a knob in Serum 2 VST. Not sure if I did something wrong?

  • Re-installed ableton live 12.1
  • Factory reset Midi Fighter Twister
  • Imported Serumify midi settings
  • When using another script (Instant Twister) it does work
  • Using Serum 2

Hope someone knows how to fix!

Have you set it up correctly in Ableton’s preferences/settings?
Go through the instructions in the ‘installation’ tab of the Serumify page: https://remotify.io/product/serumify-for-midi-fighter-twister/

Also, have you exposed some parameters in the ‘configure’ tab of the ableton device?

Yes I followed the instructions.

It looks like the script doesnt support serum 2. I installed Serum 1 and then It works.

Ah yes, the script will only find and control Serum 1.
