Session box not working with toggle buttons

Hi,
I have a controller that uses toggle buttons, and does not have different color LED feedback, just amber on or off.

If I set up the controller template to use toggle buttons, most LED feedback states are correctly interpretted. However, if I assign these buttons to the Session Box and try to apply LED feedback, things don’t work correctly. Attempting to do something like apply a value of 0 for stopped clips or 127 for playing clips makes the toggle states break. I have to push the button twice to make Live react to any state changes.

Is this a bug? Is there a way I can make toggle buttons work with the Session Box LED feedback? I’m just looking for very simple off=stopped, on=playing or recording.

Hmm, the led which you set in the session box should be sent to your controller’s inputs regardless of if it is a toggle.
Do you have ‘sync’ turned off in Live’s preferences for that midi controller?
