(Simple) questions about DJTT and CSS
Howdy,
So – CSS is incredible, and the help one can find on this forum is invaluable. I have a question I think is a fairly easy and common one, but I cant seem to find it here.
I bought the DJTT fighter twister, which is almost as good as CSS. One of its strengths is obviously the LED feedback, and with modes in CSS its just so powerful.
What I am trying to do right now is to make the twister change feedback color when I switch modes. This is straight forward in CSS. However, I cant seem to find how I set different colors (i guess different values) for different buttons when switching modes.
Lets say I have mode 1 (which is my parameters 1-16) and I have mode 2 which is parameters 17-32 and I can switch between them with a mode selector. On mode 2 I can select what color mode 2 should have, and choose which buttons switches colors. But I cant find how I set different colors on this mode for different buttons. Lets say that I want purple for row 1, red for row 2, green for row 3 and yellow for row 4 in mode 2 while all these buttons have default (or some different color) in mode 1.
Any help is appreciated .of course
Once again, what an app!
/Alex
Hi Alex,
Although we don’t currently have a ‘when mode x is activated’ option in Reactions, you might still be able to do it.
See the attached screenshot, add a reaction in mode 2,
and in the ‘do this…’ section add the buttons which you want to send led feedback to, making sure to enter the text ‘.send_value’ and the velocity values which you want to send to each control.
