Stuck at the beginning
Hi. Please forgive me if it is a dumb question.
I just purchased it and I have no idea what it is supposed to look like. After setting up Live’s location and versions, I can’t get out of this state. All I see is a close tab on top left but nothing happens when I click it. Now It doesn’t detect Remote Script Folder and allow me to choose versions.

Hi, can you close and re-open the app?
Also, open the error log and click ‘clear log’ incase you have a huge log.txt file which is crashing CSS.
You need to choose the right version of live yes.
So just to be clear, when you open CSS, you can’t do anything i.e. add a script / add mappings to a script?
If you’re still having trouble, can you try going to your home directory, and deleting the folder ‘control surface studio’ then start the App again.
