This is the controller template, when you set the Launchpad X into programmer’s mode.

All MIDI is assigned to that factory mode already.

You have to set the Launchpad X into programmer’s mode via SYSEX commands and you may have to restart the script in order to connect to the factory mode.

Glad to hear that!

The template is for

Launchpad X  (firmware version 2 and upwards)

Novation has 3 hardware versions of the Launchpad X. I am using the 3rd one, which is MK3. But that term is not listed on the novationmusic’s homepage like this. I think, the template will be compatible to all hardware versions, as the CC/channel assigments is put into the firmware.
