Tempo-based clip launching

Hello!
I’m working on developing an Ableton Live/Launchpad–based DJ setup.
One feature that I’m wanting to implement is LED feedback for the tempo through clips mapped in a user mode on my Launchpad.
Example:
“if tempo = 110, then launch Clip A”
“if tempo = 128, then launch Clip B”
“if tempo = (anything else) then stop all clips in group”
I’m not the best with explaining things so please ask questions if there are any gaps!

Our scripts are designed to provide functionality for communication between:
MIDI controller >> Ableton live and
Ableton Live >> MIDI controller

In your examples (i.e. if tempo = 110, then launch Clip A) , you are wanting to do…
Ableton Live >> Ableton Live
