the controller template disappeared
Hi
I spend ages last night creating a script for my Korg NanoKontrol.
I wanted to add a couple more functions – the transport buttons.
I opened CSS this morning and the only Control Template available is AkaiMIDImix.
I’m very confused!
also…. I downloaded ControlSurfaceStudio and the exe file is sitting in my Downloads folder. Should I move this exe file to my Programmes folder??

Hi Julius,
It will still be there but possibly the json file for it has become malformed which is why its not displaying.
Are you using version 2.5.6 of Control Surface Studio ?
Go to the following location:
home directory > control surface studio > controller.
There will likely only be 2 files in there, one will be your Korg NanoKontrol template.
Upload them here and I will check for any problems (or email them to me, I will respond via email also).

Do you have a mapping in your script named ‘Parameter 1’?
If so, open its settings and select a new ‘controller input’ option.
The error is saying that the input which you previously selected is no longer available in the attached controller template.
This may have happened if you have changed the controller template attached to the script.
You could try creating a new script, duplicate each mode in your script and move them to the new script, then try installing that.
Or send us your settings folder for us to check (Go to you the home directory on your computer and find the folder names ‘control surface studio’.. zip that and email it to us)
