UI dissapears when scrolling through mappings

Hi,

I just noticed that when I scroll down in a long list of mappings at some point the UI on top of the mappings dissapears.

This includes the buttons to delete and duplicate etc.

Can’t remember this happening before in older versions.

This is now fixed in CSS 3.1.1. Everything above the mappings will remain static/sticky at the top of the panel.
