What reactions have you used

Hi guys I’d love to know if anyone has made some Script’s using reactions that they could share or explain. Following on from Johns tutorial to get leds working which was great now I’d love to know how to use some of the reactions like loop start and end, move to next cue and things like that. Any help would be much appreciated thanks
