CSS hangs at startup. Mac OSX 10.11.6

Re-downloaded, re-installed latest CSS, also deleted the Control Surface Studio folder in main directory but each time CSS starts it hangs up at the update. Happened with 2.6.1 and now 2.6.2
Please help! Looking forward to getting this working with my Faderfox UC4.

I can’t find any reason why this could be happening at our end and able to login without issue.
Are you able to connect your Ableton authorized computer to a different wifi network, maybe a cell phone hotspot to test?
Although to be honest, as you were able to log in on a different device, it does sound like something on the computer itself is still blocking it…
